The location proved convenient, especially given my proximity to nearby attractions. I found it quite accessible. the staff offered superb service throughout my stay. the room was nice. It featured a comfortable bed. the breakfast each morning included a wide array of choices, such as bacon, eggs, various breads, fruit, and juices.
The bathroom lighting was not good. It lacked sufficient ceiling or wall lights. The only light came from the mirror. the shower did not have hot water in the morning, though it worked the night before.

the staff responded quickly and politely. they were helpful in arranging taxis as needed. the reception staff provided excellent and efficient service, handling bookings with care and attention.

the lock on the door didn't work from the inside. the reception team sent someone, but nothing happened so i asked again at reception, who said it didn't matter.

The reception staff were very helpful. My room was situated on the sixth floor, i found the security reassuring (i needed to use my key).
The self service check in never seemed to work. The check in process took over twenty minutes (a supervisor floated around).

the reception area had such a nice first impression. our room was ready early, that was a big plus and the room had plenty of space! breakfast in the morning had a good selection and everything tasted so good. i would highly recommend this hotel!
the car park was a bit far, it was a five-minute walk away.

The rooms were great! blackout curtains were amazing. They really blocked out the light. the shower was powerful and refreshing. the room felt spacious. i liked that the hotel felt super clean and well-kept.

The room I was assigned smelled musty. I had to request a different room, that wasted my time. The breakfast was also quite disappointing. It seemed like the food was low quality.
